Aditya Birla Industry is going to add 3000 employees by next six months. They are trying to increase their business process outsourcing. In this time, Birla BPO is having 12,500 employees and they plan to add more 3000 employees.
Birla plan to make $1 billion by 2013 and currently they are making $360 million. They are planning to make more head quarters to increase their outsourcing business. This is great news for fresher and graduates. They can have a great chance to make their career in BPO sectors.
