Jairam Ramesh the environment minister of India has stated that, this climate change deal will be declared by next year 2010. He also stated to reporters, that the final statement will be disclosed next year when prime minister and other world leaders will collect on Copenhagen final leg. Jairam Ramesh also said that statement will be ready to by December 15.
