How important is it to avoid caffeine and can I have a diet coke every once in awhile?
That’s a tough question since I have been known to have the occasional cup of coffee. Actually, I’m a coffee drinker: I worship the ground it’s grown on!
Unfortunately, caffeine has been known to slow weight loss on low carb. I did not experience such side effects, although this might not be the case for some people since caffeine affects everyone differently.
You are the best judge of your body. If you think it is slowing your weight loss on low carb, it just may be!
