I like to snack on raw carrots. Can they be eaten on a low carb diet ?
Raw vegetables are great for snacking, but carrots have too many natural sugars and should be avoided when following a low carb lifestyle.
I like to use raw broccoli and cauliflower florets, cucumbers, bell peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, and radishes as snacks. Try them dipped in some blue cheese dressing!
